These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luna Lavish Co website, products, and services (collectively, "Services") provided by Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Subscriptions
Our subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. 4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
Subscription box contents are final sale. Unopened individual shop products may be returned within 30 days. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded. All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and materials on this site are owned by Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
