Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

These terms govern all Luna Lavish Co monthly subscription boxes operated by Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC.

Billing

You will be charged the subscription fee monthly on the same date you enrolled. The charge will appear on your statement as "LUNA LAVISH CO." Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring amount.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscriber portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current period.

Pausing

You may pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months at a time. During a pause, you will not be charged and will not receive shipments.

Skipping

You may skip individual monthly shipments. Your billing and shipment dates will be pushed back accordingly.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with 30 days advance notice via email. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept the new price.
