Shipping Policy
Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC is committed to getting your Luna Lavish Co products to you quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping practices and timelines.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Subscription boxes ship on the schedule shown in your subscriber portal, typically within 1–2 business days of your monthly billing date.
3. Shipping Rates
- Subscription boxes: FREE shipping
- Individual shop orders $30 and over: FREE shipping
- Individual shop orders under $30: $5.99 flat rate
4. Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
5. Tracking Information
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also view tracking details in your subscriber portal under Order History.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and replace eligible items at no cost to you.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information will be refunded minus shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
