Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your Luna Lavish Co purchase.

Individual Shop Products

Unopened individual products purchased from our shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Subscription Boxes

Subscription box contents are curated specifically for each subscriber and are final sale. If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 14 days with photos for a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing
