Refund & Cancellation Policy
Jude & Ross Enterprises LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your Luna Lavish Co experience. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Luna Lavish Co subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive any boxes already paid for. To cancel, use your subscriber portal or contact support@lunalavishco.co.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your subscriber portal and receive any boxes already paid for during that cycle. Refunds for subscription fees are only issued if required by applicable law.
3. Individual Product Refunds
Unopened individual products purchased from our shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
5. Subscription Boxes
Subscription box contents are curated specifically for each subscriber and are final sale. However, if your box arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 14 days and we will replace the affected products or issue a prorated refund.

Please include your order number in the return package. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
